Wecan Academy is a youth empowerment and skills development academy established by International Youth Fellowship (IYF) Kenya, equipping young people with practical skills, leadership, character and the confidence needed to thrive in today’s world.
Recognizing the growing need for affordable, accessible and industry-relevant training, Wecan Academy was created to bridge the gap between education and opportunity — a platform where individuals from all backgrounds can develop practical skills, discover their potential and prepare for meaningful lives.
We believe education is more than technical knowledge — it is about transforming lives, building character and creating opportunities that enable young people to make a lasting impact in their communities. Today we train students in technology, business, languages, construction, creative arts and vocational disciplines while fostering leadership, responsibility and service.
